Tyrosine is an amino acid necessary for the formation of neurotransmitters such as dopamine, adrenaline, and noradrenaline.

This ingredient is widely used to facilitate wakefulness without administering a stimulant such as caffeine and could prove very useful in combating stress and depression.

Tyrosine supplementation has been shown to increase cognitive performance during times of stress and to help energize people suffering from depression.

Despite its theoretically stimulating effect, taking tyrosine is very safe and several studies have used doses well in excess of 5000 mg per day.

Delivery and return

Delivery time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery usually takes between 5-7 business days. Please note that in some exceptional cases, items may take longer to reach their destination.
