Delivery and return
The delivery time for orders is divided into two parts:

Processing time is the time it takes to verify the order, prepare the items, perform quality control checks, and package them. All orders are sent to our suppliers for shipment within 24 hours of placing the order. Order processing takes an additional 2 to 4 days.

Delivery time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination. Delivery usually takes between 7-14 business days. Please note that in some exceptional cases, items may take longer to arrive at their destination.
