RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges Only - No Refunds
Our commitment to the excitement of drifting and motoring is reflected in every product we sell and every giveaway we hold. When you make a purchase from our site, you not only receive quality products, but also entries to win in our exciting giveaway .
Due to the exclusive nature of the entries offered with each purchase, we do not offer refunds on products purchased. This allows us to ensure the fairness and integrity of the giveaway for all our participants. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange policy under certain conditions.
Eligibility for an Exchange
Our exchange policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item you wish to exchange must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of merchandise are exempt from returns, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
To proceed with an exchange, proof of purchase will be required.
Exchange Process

Gifts
If the item eligible for an exchange was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the exchange. Once the item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
Shipping
To return your product for an exchange, you must send it to: [adresse spécifique], QC, Canada.
Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you are shipping a high-value item, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or insuring your package. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
